Q: What areas do we deliver?
A: We use UPS shipping services which allow us to ship up to a 300-mile radius of our farm in two days. We ask for $10 delivery fee in the Quad Cities and $20 outside of that.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Since most of the items are priced by weight, you are given an estimated weight for each item at checkout. When we put the order together, we will then adjust the price to the actual weight and charge your card at that time.
Q: Is there a minimum amount I can order?
A: No, just keep in mind that no matter how much you order, the home delivery fee will be $10. The larger the order, the more the delivery fee will be worth it.
Q: Do I have to be home to receive my order?
A: Don't worry, your order will come in an insulated box with an eco-friendly liner that will keep your meat frozen for 48 hours.
